REFUND POLICY

I. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

  1. A refund is automatically initiated if a client accidentally purchases the same product twice.

  2. Refunds will be granted if a client suspects an unauthorized transaction and provides sufficient proof.

  3. A refund will be issued if the product received does not match the description provided on the website.

II. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If the client has downloaded the product and later decides it is not useful.

  • If the client changes their mind after purchase.

  • If the client failed to review product images and descriptions before purchasing.

Clients are strongly advised to carefully review product details before making a purchase.

III. REFUND PROCESSING

  1. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  2. Clients must contact support with order details to request a refund under the eligible conditions.
